ABOUT DR. ROHDE

Welcome! Deciding to begin therapy is an important and often life changing decision. As a
psychologist, I also know that it can be overwhelming and perhaps a little bit scary.
Congratulations on taking the first step to gain more information! To try to make this process a
little easier, I’ve put together some helpful information on this site to help you get to know me
and my practice. Please feel free to contact me with questions and for more information.

I am a licensed psychologist with experience in individuals, couples, and providing group
therapy. I bring a professional, personable, and nonjudgmental approach to my work with
clients. I emphasize meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively to generate
realistic treatment goals. My clients have described me as supportive, encouraging, and
someone who “gets it”. I also try to bring a sense of humor to the therapy process.

I am a native Marylander and grew up on the Eastern Shore. I feel most comfortable when I’m
near the water and think there is special power in salt water and ocean air. When I’m not in the
office, I like to read and bake. I’m an unapologetic animal lover-particularly of cats.
